First and foremost I would like to thank the
Lord for giving me the words to touch as
many hearts as he intends.

I would like to take this opportunity to
thank my Publisher Publish America for
giving me the chance to see my work in print.

Robert Frost for the inspiration he gave me.
I read The Road Not Taken when I was a
small child It's amazing what one piece of
poetry can say to a person and how it can
have a hand in shaping a life.

My family who has supported my passion for
poetry ever since I was a young child & the
late nights of proof reading and writing into
the wee hours of the morning.

I would like to give a very special thank you
to all the emergency personal who took care
of me when I was in a motorcycle accident
this past February.  I have learned that
every moment in my life has meaning and a
very valuable lesson behind them. I no
longer take for granted the little things in
life.

My best friend who was there for me at a
time in my life that I thought I lost it all.
She gave me the encouragement for me to
move on and see the real me when I looked
into a mirror not the scars or broken bones!
I will never be able to thank her enough!

I would like to thank the Law Dogs Fort
Worth Chapter for all their encouragement
and support. AND thank you for being
patient with me cause I haven't gotten the
nerve up yet to get back on the bike and
ride. So to all you Dogs THANK YOU!!!!!!

My fellow North Richland Hills Curves
women Thank you for the unlimited
encouragement.  Monica, Tina & Susan your
the best!!!!!

My Mom & Step Dad for holding my hand
while getting a million shots in my face, &
taking care of my children while I was hurt
and driving me to the doctors for my many
appointments. My Dad for the non stop
encouragement you gave me even though
you couldn't be by my side. My sister for
speaking the words I longed to hear.  My
Grandparents who shed more tears then I
could at the time.  Family is such an
important part of my life I thank you all for
everything!!!

To my 5 children who at times fight like cats
and dogs & test the limits.  But, when I look
into your eyes each and every day I see the
greatest gift the Lord could have ever
given me!

For the past 13 years I have cherished a
marriage full of joy, excitement & love that
can only be imagined in a fairy tale.  Thank
you Baby for giving me what every woman
dreams of!

Having gone through my accident I have
learned more about love and loss. I will
never know fully what happened because my
mind has blocked out the accident. My
children have showed me a strength I never
thought I would see.  At one point I lost my
confidence, but my family and friends gave
that back to me.  I will never again look like
I was before 2-21-05.  I will always have scars
to remind me how lucky I am to be alive but
my heart is still the same!
